Exercise makes you happy. It literally send signals through your body to tell your body and your brain how good it feels and how much your body and mind want for you to keep active and healthy.
The more you use your body, the better it feels. The more you understand your body, the more you understand your mind. Use your body and all its features to the highest of its ability and you will undoubtedly be happier! Try balancing exercises, doing headstands, doing yoga, running around, you don't even need to go to a gym to exercise. Just have fun and move around, using your body.
