Although your mouth, like everything else in your body, seems like it should be a self cleaning vesicle, apparently it isn't. Thus we must brush our teeth twice a day and floss our teeth and use mouth wash every night. Just Kidding. However much or little you choose to clean your mouth and make your teeth look bright and white everyday, one thing still holds true. Picking out a tooth brush to use out of the grocery store is impossible!
There are 100's of choices, none of which are titled "toothbrush." There are straight arms, angled heads, soft medium and hard bristles, and countless other features built into your ergonomically shaped mouth cleaning device. Next time you are at the grocery store buying one of these sticks with bristles on the end, take in the view. Appreciate the action of the bristles and the expensive pastes you buy to flavor your mouth each night, and their ability to keep your mouth clean and smelling great. Look at all the work and technology, design and function, that goes into making you a toothbrush!

Making your things brand new
Clean your stuff! It's that simple. I just realized how dirty my travel bag with all my toothbrush and things inside was and realizing it would truly only take 10 minutes to clean, or less, I cleaned it till it looked like new.
Use your body for happiness!
Exercise makes you happy. It literally send signals through your body to tell your body and your brain how good it feels and how much your body and mind want for you to keep active and healthy.
The more you use your body, the better it feels. The more you understand your body, the more you understand your mind. Use your body and all its features to the highest of its ability and you will undoubtedly be happier! Try balancing exercises, doing headstands, doing yoga, running around, you don't even need to go to a gym to exercise. Just have fun and move around, using your body.
